No experience is necessary for our beginner yoga treks. We offer modifications for all levels and separate sessions for beginners and experienced practitioners.
We primarily practice Hatha and Vinyasa flow with meditation elements, adapted for trekking conditions. Sessions focus on flexibility, strength, and recovery suitable for hiking.
Besides standard trekking gear, bring a lightweight yoga mat (we provide if you don't have), comfortable yoga clothes, and any personal meditation items. We provide all other yoga equipment.
